This code expires in 5 minutes and is valid for a single use — nobody can use a captured OTP to access your account. uk777 will never ask you for your OTP in a support interaction; if anyone does, treat it as a social engineering attempt and do not share it.
Account lockout protection is active on uk777. After five consecutive failed login attempts, the account is temporarily locked and an alert is sent to your registered mobile number. This prevents brute-force attacks on your account. If you have legitimately forgotten your password, use the recovery process described below — do not keep attempting incorrect passwords.
